1:We will email or fax you the Proforma invoice with all printing details and terms once order confirmed,and printing process will be strictly base on invoice data.

2:The client must ensure all the printing data supplied to us are legal and not affect the thirty party right,or else the client have to take the responsibility and handle the accident if happens.

3:Once proof confirmed with us to go forward printing,then no changes anymore on printing artwork,the client have to pay the reprinting if need changes after mass production start.

4:If client delay arrange payment or supply printing artwork,then we have to delay the lead time and shipment time,client are liable. It is logical if real printing quantity with error 1%.

5:In case of quality discrepancy, claim should be filed by the client within 7 days after the arrival of the goods at the port of the destination, it is the understood that the printer shall not be liable for any discrepancy of the goods shipped due to causes for which the Insurance Company, Shipping Company, other Transportation Organization/ or post Office are liable.

6:If the printing quality problems did caused by printer,then printer have to take the responsibility either reprint or reduce payment for client.

7:The printer shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in delivery of the entire lot or a portion of the goods under this Sales Contract in consequence of any Force Majeure incidents which might occur. Force Majeure as referred to in this contract means unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable objective conditions.

8:Any dispute arising from or in connection with Sales Contract shall be settled through friendly negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached, the dispute shall then be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission(CIETAC),Guangzhou commission for arbitration in accordance with its rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
